Having an issue? Most problems have a simple fix. Here are the most common issues and how to resolve them.

The widget isn't showing on my website

  • Make sure you've replaced "your-form-slug" with your actual form slug.
  • Check that you have at least one testimonial with the Embed flag (is_embed) enabled and status = Approved.
  • Verify the embed.js script URL is correct: https://reviuly.com/embed.js
  • Try adding the script at the bottom of <body> instead of in <head>.
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily — ad blockers can interfere with scripts.

My testimonials aren't appearing on the Wall of Love

  • Only testimonials with status = Approved AND the Wall flag (is_wall) enabled appear on the wall.
  • Go to Testimonials, find the testimonial, approve it, and toggle the Wall flag on.

I can't create a new form — the button is disabled

  • You've reached your form limit for your plan.
  • Free plan: 1 form. Starter: 2 forms. Pro: 10 forms.
  • Delete an existing form or upgrade your plan to create more.

The Google Review redirect isn't showing

  • The redirect only shows to reviewers who gave 3 stars or more.
  • Make sure Google Reviews is enabled in Forms → [Your Form] → Integrations.
  • Verify your Google Review URL is a valid URL (include https://).
  • This feature requires a Starter or Pro plan.

My subscription shows as "Payment Halted"

  • This means Razorpay attempted payment multiple times and failed.
  • Your access has been suspended. Update your payment method with Razorpay.
  • Contact your bank to ensure the card is authorized for recurring international payments.
  • After fixing, subscribe again from the Billing page.

Can I switch between Starter and Pro?

  • Not while an active subscription is running.
  • Cancel your current subscription first. Your access continues until the billing period ends.
  • Then subscribe to the new plan from the Billing page.

I deleted a form — where did my testimonials go?

  • Testimonials are not deleted when you delete a form. They remain in your account but become "orphaned" (not attached to any form).
  • They will still show in your Testimonials page under "All forms" but won't appear in any form-specific views.

The QR code isn't generating

  • This is usually a temporary loading issue. Refresh the form settings page.
  • Make sure your form has a slug set. The QR code is generated from your form URL.

My form link gives a 404 error

  • Check the slug in your form settings matches the URL you're visiting.
  • The correct format is: https://reviuly.com/f/[your-form-slug]
  • If the form was deleted, the URL will no longer work.
