Reviuly automatically generates a QR code for each of your collection forms. Print it, display it at a physical location, or add it to your packaging — and customers can scan to leave a testimonial instantly.

Generating your QR code

Every form automatically has a QR code generated. To access it:

  1. 1Go to Forms in the sidebar
  2. 2Click any form to open its settings
  3. 3Scroll to the QR Code section
  4. 4Click Download QR to save it as a PNG file

What does the QR code point to?

The QR code links directly to your form's collection URL:

https://reviuly.com/f/[form-slug]

When someone scans the code, they're taken straight to your collection form — ready to leave a review.

QR code format

The downloaded QR code is a PNG file at 320×320 pixels with a dark foreground on a white background. It's high enough resolution for most print use cases. The filename is [slug]-qr.png.
