Is Reviuly free to use?

Yes. Reviuly has a Free plan with no credit card required. You can collect up to 15 testimonials and create 1 form. Paid plans start at ₹249/month.

Can I use Reviuly on multiple websites?

Yes. You can embed your testimonials widget on any number of websites using the same embed code. The data comes from your Reviuly account.

Can I import existing testimonials?

Not currently. Reviuly focuses on collecting new testimonials through your forms. Import functionality may be added in a future update.

Is there a way to moderate testimonials before they appear publicly?

Absolutely. Every submission is set to "pending" by default. Nothing goes public until you manually approve it and enable the Wall or Embed flag.

Can I customize the look of the embedded widget?

The widget has light theme. More customization options (colors, layout) are planned for future releases.

Do customers need to create an account to leave a review?

No. Your collection form is public and anonymous. Customers just fill out the form — no signup or login required.

Can I have different forms for different products or services?

Yes. Each form is independent with its own URL, settings, and testimonials. This is great for segmenting customer feedback by product, campaign, or audience.

What happens if I exceed my testimonial limit?

New submissions will be rejected until you upgrade your plan or delete some existing testimonials.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Reviuly uses Supabase for data storage (enterprise-grade security) and Razorpay for payments (PCI compliant). Testimonials are only visible to you in the dashboard until you approve and publish them.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Cancel from the Billing page anytime. Your paid access remains until the end of the current billing period — no immediate downgrade.

Is Reviuly available in languages other than English?

The collection form currently supports English only. The dashboard is in English.

What is the Wall of Love?

It's a public page at reviuly.com/f/[your-slug]/wall that displays all your approved, wall-flagged testimonials in a beautiful masonry grid. Share it directly or embed it as an iframe.

Can I remove the "Powered by Reviuly" branding?

Yes — on Starter and Pro plans. The branding is automatically removed from your forms and Wall of Love page when you upgrade.
