Subscription Management
Everything you need to know about managing your Reviuly subscription — from upgrades to cancellations.
Viewing your current plan
Go to Billing in the sidebar. The top section shows:
- Your current plan name and status
- Next renewal date (if active)
- Testimonial usage (used / limit)
- Subscription status badge (Active, Cancelled, Expired, etc.)
Subscription statuses
Active
Your subscription is active. Premium features are available. Renews automatically.
Cancelled
You have cancelled. Access continues until the expiry date shown, then reverts to Free.
Payment Failed
A payment attempt failed. Razorpay will retry. Update your payment method to avoid losing access.
Halted
Razorpay halted the subscription after repeated failures. Premium access is suspended. Resubscribe to restore.
Expired
Your subscription period ended. You're now on the Free plan.
Upgrading
On the Billing page, click Upgrade to Starter or Upgrade to Pro. The Razorpay checkout opens. Complete payment and your plan is upgraded immediately.
Switching between paid plans
You cannot switch from Starter to Pro (or vice versa) while an active subscription is running. To switch:
- 1Cancel your current subscription
- 2Wait for your current plan to expire (or it may work immediately — test on the billing page)
- 3Subscribe to the new plan
Cancelling
Click Cancel subscription on the Billing page. Confirm in the modal. Your paid access stays active until the current billing period ends — no immediate loss of features.
