Analytics

The Analytics page gives you a comprehensive view of your testimonial performance — how many you're collecting, what ratings you're receiving, and how things are trending over time.

Analytics is available on all plans, including Free.

KPI cards

At the top of the Analytics page, four key metric cards give you a quick snapshot:

Total Collected

Total testimonials submitted in the selected time window.

Average Rating

The mean star rating across all testimonials in the current view.

Approval Rate

Percentage of collected testimonials that have been approved.

5-Star Reviews

Percentage of testimonials that received a perfect 5-star rating.

Charts

Four charts provide deeper insight:

Rating Distribution

A horizontal bar chart showing the count of 1★ through 5★ reviews with the average score highlighted.

Testimonial Status

A donut chart breaking down approved, pending, and hidden testimonials.

Rating Trend

An area chart showing how your average rating has changed over the last 8 months.

Testimonials Over Time

A bar chart of monthly testimonial volume for the last 8 months.

Reviews Captured Per Day

A bar chart of daily testimonial count for the last 7 days (Mon–Sun).

Time filters

Use the filter pills at the top of the analytics page to narrow down the data:

  • All time
  • 24 hours
  • 7 days
  • 30 days

Each pill shows a count badge so you can quickly see how many testimonials were collected in that window.

Form filter

If you have multiple forms, use the form dropdown to view analytics for a specific form or see all forms combined. This lets you compare performance across different customer segments or campaigns.
