Testimonials
Every testimonial submitted through your forms lands in the Testimonials page. This is your control center for reviewing, moderating, and showcasing your customer reviews.
Status system
Every testimonial has one of three statuses:
Pending
Newly submitted testimonials. Not visible on the public wall or embeds yet.
Approved
Approved testimonials. Can appear in your wall, embed, or both — depending on their flags.
Hidden
Hidden from all public views. Stays in your dashboard but won't be shown anywhere.
Wall & Embed flags
Approved testimonials have two independent flags you can toggle:
Wall flag (is_wall)
When enabled, the testimonial appears on your public Wall of Love page at /f/[slug]/wall
Embed flag (is_embed)
When enabled, the testimonial appears in your website widget carousel. Only the first 50 embed-flagged testimonials are served.
Filtering & search
The Testimonials page has a powerful filter system:
- Form filter — Show testimonials from a specific form or all forms at once.
- Status filter — Filter by All / Pending / Approved / Wall / Embed / Hidden.
- Search — Search by reviewer name, role, or testimonial text.
What gets collected
Each testimonial captures:

Testimonial limits
Each plan has a maximum number of testimonials you can collect:
- Free: 15 testimonials
- Starter: 1,000 testimonials
- Pro: 10,000 testimonials
